At 4AD Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or is not what you expected, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are protected from warping or corner dings during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement.
